Balcatta Playgroup is a friendly, fun and relaxed place for parents, grandparents and caregivers with children aged 0 to 5 to play, learn new skills and socialise with neighbours in the local community.   

 

About Us

Balcatta Playgroup is a well-established playgroup run out of a dedicated centre on Jones St in Balcatta. We are a not-for-profit organisation that is managed by a Committee of volunteers. Our centre is well-equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom and a generous arts and crafts cupboard. We have a large variety of toys, books and games, catering for babies through to five-year-olds. We are very fortunate to have a large grassed area (Jones Paskin Reserve) directly in front of our centre, and a fenced City of Stirling playground immediately adjacent.

The year 2016 marked a special time for Balcatta Playgroup as it officially turned 30 years old! Current and past member families joined together for a fun-filled celebration.
